Face with Fish (2009)
Inlay and mosaic technique, reversed on paper, laid on an ultra light panel, with cement mortar. Polychrome marbles, Statuario background (250 × 150 cm).
The work was born from an improvised sketch on an A4 sheet of paper and the intent was to reproduce the fluidity of the ink and the gesture of the hand on the sheet, using a hard and complex material to work like marble.
